Frazier was a consensus first team All-American in 1994 and was recognized by the Sports Network, the American Football Coaches’ Association and Don Hansen’s Football Gazette. He was a third team Associated Press All-American and was named to both the Yankee Conference First Team Defense and the ECAC First Team Defense that year in addition to being a two-time weekly conference award winner. Frazier was named the Yankee Conference Defensive Player of the Week on September 17 after he had a career-high 25 tackles in an overtime contest against Delaware.

After leading the Yankee Conference in tackles and earning All-America honors in 1994, Frazier was considered a candidate for the Buck Buchanan Award as the nation’s top defensive player entering his senior year. His 1995 campaign lasted just two games however, as he sustained a season-ending injury at Delaware. Frazier made 16 tackles and had two tackles for loss to go along with a pass breakup and a fumble receovery in the two games he played in.

In the season prior to his All-America campaign, Frazier recorded 51 total tackles (30 solo, 21 assisted) and had three tackles for loss while recording three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery in 1993. He had made his collegiate debut in 1992 as part of a Villanova team that went 9-3 and reached the FCS playoffs while winning the Lambert Meadowlands Cup.
